Time and again it has been proven worldwide that politicians do not act unless they are affected directly.

People are demonstrating, signing petitions, sending emails and politicians are not taking meaningful urgent action to reverse the effects of climate change. We need to increase the pressure on our politicians worldwide and keep this pressure continuously on them until they act.

What we propose to do:

Send letters, lots and lots and lots of letters and send them everyday.

It only takes seconds to create your letters.

Find some flat, clean rubbish (No glass or metals or anything that could hurt a postal worker) crisp packets, bits of card, food trays, packaging, bit of flat rubbish, plastic bottles you get the idea,
Write the name of your local government representative on one side with their office address and postcode/Zipcode
Write a short message such as:
• "Act Now, Reverse Climate Change"
• “Save Our Planet”
• “Reverse Climate Change”
• Get creative!

‍Write on the back:
"SENDER:" and the name of the leader of your country and their address ie.
"T May 10 Downing Street, SW1A 2AA" if you are in the UK or say for America "D Trump The White House, Washington D.C. 20500"
NEVER EVER PUT YOUR OWN NAME OR ADDRESS
DO NOT PUT A STAMP ON THE LETTER
Pop it in a post box

Keep posting until politicians tackle climate change.

Remember, our politicians will not have your rubbish on their doorstep and they'll have to deal with it themselves everyday. Soon it will become too much and they will have to act. If they don't, simply post more! It only takes seconds to make each letter.

We reckon every one of us has the time to send one letter a day, but it would be even better if people took the time to send even more.

All you need is a thick marker pen and some rubbish, it won't even cost you a penny.

If we could get say 10,000,000 letters sent a day in addition to the Fridays for Future protests then our politicians will have to listen.

Don't leave a thing in your bin that is safe to post. Tell everybody you know and share this website with anybody on your social media. If we could get letters written to politicians world wide continuously, then we can make a difference.
